Pulsr is built and maintained by a large decentralized community called Pulsarians. There are Core Contributors across the Pulsr community that work hard to release open-source frameworks for community building and development so that Pulsarians can continue to evolve Pulsr.

While there are full time contributors of Pulsr, anyone can contribute to Pulsr through proposals. This gives the opportunity for anyone to join the core team or be supported on their mission to build on top of Pulsr.
